And what is that you ask? Ikebana is the Japanese art of arranging flowers according to ancient principles.

We were fortunate to enjoy the special skills of Gulay Esinduy, a teacher of Ikebana, who explained how to create these beautiful works of art. Hosted at the Intercontinental Hotel, the afternoon was a great success with each attendee taking home a lovely floral display.
