There was another good turnout for the guided tour around the Msida Bastion Gardens, wonderfully guided by Paolo, the warden.
Paolo showed us around the Cemetery and shared some fascinating stories of its architecture, symbols, funerary practice and of duels, suicides, murders, and heroism through the last 400 years of history. A familiar place for some of our members who volunteer there.
