As we extend a hand in friendship to women of all nationalities, AIWM encompasses three aspects of vitality:

-  Exuberant mental vigour:  By sharing our diversity with each other, our members stimulate each other with all kinds of thoughts, ideas and perspectives.

- Capacity for continuation of a meaningful or purposeful existence: Our members find friends, creating relationships that are a source of joy, support and learning.  Another source of satisfaction for our members is our focus on fundraising and giving back to local Maltese charities.

- Power to live or grow: The vitality of our members is based on sharing experiences and special interests with each other.  We enjoy each other!
